1Air Compressor

This generates compressed air for braking. Various kinds are available,depending on its discharge rate.

2Brake Controller

This is equipped with a steer-ing wheel for a vehicle opera-tor to give a command for an appropriate brake force. A braking control valve exercises direct control over air pipes while a brake controller is used for an electric command.

3Unit Brake

This is a unitized brake device which incorporates the func-tion of existing foundation brake gear, embedded with automatic space adjustment mechanism. This device is more reducend in size and weight, easier for mainte-nance, and more stabilized in brake efficiency than other existing products.

4Brake Operating Unit for
Railroad Vehicles

This system is configured as a unit with a brake operating device that plays the core role in the electric command air brake system, and the air brake valves that provide the brake cylinder pressure output for regular and emergency braking.

5Door Operators for Railroad Vehicles

Comprising side-door opera-tors and interior-door opera-tors, the product lineup meets the needs of a wide range of applications, from ultra-low-floor light rail vehicles(LRVs) and cmmuter trains, to super high-speed trains Sinkansen. Both air-driven and electric-driven systems are available.There are four door types:the pocket sliding type, the externally mounted type, the plug type and airtight doors.
